Swedish Footgolf Tour

The Swedish tour 2024 consists of 7 competitions where 2 of the competitions are organized by Footgolf Norway. At the same time, Norway will place 2 of its races in Sweden. The rankings will take into account the 6 best results in 2024 and only Swedish players will be counted in the rankings. The competitions will have fixed points that will be visible in the schedule for each competition. Each placement has a dropoff of 92% from the previous score rounded to whole numbers.

European Footgolf Championships

FIFG has announced that a European Championship will be held in November. It has not yet been decided how the qualification for the European Championship will be designed. The top 8 countries from the last European Championship are directly qualified. Information about how we will proceed regarding the qualifiers will come as soon as we have something to convey.
What is clear, however, is that if we move on to the European Championship, it is the position in the ranking after the Swedish Open (August 4) that forms the basis for the selection of players.

Scandinavian Tour

As mentioned earlier, we have a competition exchange with Norway this year. This is to increase quality and competition. These 4 events will form a Scandinavian Tour where all 4 events are included. Prizes will be awarded to the top trio in each class. It doesn't cost anything extra, it's just a separate tour within the tour for Norwegian and Swedish players.
Finally, we just want to wish everyone the best of luck for the 2024 season

28-30 Juni SM .Roslagen GK, Sweft 125

The Swedish Championships (Swedish Footgolf Tour)
Welcome to Roslagen's GK, Norrtälje. For the second year in a row, Roslagen's GK is hosting the Swedish Championships. This year's championship is also the fourth competition on the Swedish Footgolf Tour (SWEFT). The course measures 2,516 meters for the men and 1,950 meters for the ladies and has pars of 72 and 74, respectively. Here you not only compete for the Swedish Confederation's medal, but also for 125 points in SWEFT. As in previous years, you can get points in SWEFT for one day's competition, but then receive only 70% of the value of the placement.
A Swedish champion will be appointed individually in the women's and men's category as well as a team in the women's and men's category. The individual competition is decided over 3 rounds times 18 holes. The team competition will be played as in previous years with a team consisting of 4 players who form a foursome and a 4 ball/best ball. In total, the teams play 4 rounds. A foursome is played with a ball where player 1 kicks out on odd holes and player 2 kicks out on even holes. Then you kick every other kick until the ball is holed. In a 4 ball/best ball, you play with each ball and when both players have holed out, you note the one with the lowest (or the same) number of kicks on that specific hole. The results for the team's rounds are added up and those with the least number of kicks can title themselves Swedish champions.
