The 2026 season is here. This year, the Swedish Footgolf Tour will consist of 5 events. The confirmed events with dates and locations are Kvicksund Open (FIFG 100), Roslagen Open (FIFG 250), the Swedish Championships (FIFG 100), and the Swedish Open (FIFG Major 1000). An additional competition will be added in the fall and will be announced as soon as the venue and date are fully confirmed.

The ranking will be based on each player’s 4 best results, and the official scoring system is Bluegolf. FIFG 100 events award 100 points to the winner, FIFG 250 awards 125 points, and FIFG 1000 awards 150 points. Other placements receive 92% of the points of the previous position.

Additional FIFG 100 events may be organized around the country, but these will not count toward the SWEFT ranking.

As usual, our ranking will serve as the basis for EC selections. 50% of our allocated spots will be offered to players based on SWEFT ranking performance. The remaining spots will be decided by captain’s choice.

At this time, we cannot announce the ranking cutoff date, as the Federation of International FootGolf has not yet decided where and when the EC will take place. It is possible that the EC will not be held until 2028, in which case qualification will continue through the 2027 season. We will provide more detailed information once FIFG has made a decision.
